Mungo is a partner in Calibrate Law’s litigation team. He has extensive experience in both English and International commercial and corporate litigation, and on a wide range of contentious and uncontentious insolvency assignments.
Mungo has acted for SMEs, UHNWs, institutional trustees and other professional service providers, entrepreneurs and investors, investment funds, directors/shareholders, as well as insolvency practitioners engaged in the full range of insolvency appointments. He regularly advises on corporate and commercial disputes and related advisory work including shareholder disputes, fraud and asset-tracing, corporate investigations, professional negligence, contractual claims, trusts disputes and the enforcement of security. In the insolvency context his expertise is cross-border in nature and he is particularly adept at working on matters with parallel proceedings in offshore and onshore jurisdictions.
Mungo joined Calibrate Law in the autumn of 2019 having worked at the Chancery/Commercial Bar in London for 8 years and at two leading offshore firms for 7 years in the BVI and London respectively.
