Kiran is an Associate with over 4 years of post-qualification experience of providing legal advice in respect of all areas of family law.
Kiran has extensive experience in acting for clients in Children Act 1989, Family Law Act 1996 applications including complex matters dealing with concerns relating to non-accidental injuries, drug and alcohol misuse, sexual abuse, domestic violence, mental health/learning difficulties and jurisdictional. She also has experience in representing clients in divorce/financial relief proceedings including where there are also ongoing Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (POCA) proceedings/Confiscation Orders. Kiran also acts for unmarried couples in property disputes, children cases and couples requiring pre-nuptial agreements.
Kiran provides empathetic and pragmatic advice to her clients to help them achieve the best possible outcome whilst remaining committed to the Resolution Code of Practice to resolve family disputes in a constructive and non-confrontational way wherever possible.
