Throughout his career Andrew has focused on private client and trust related taxation often with an international element. This includes inheritance tax consulting and planning for non-UK domiciliaries and shareholders in family companies. He continues to be closely involved with the Tax Faculty of the ICAEW and is actively interested in tax policy related issues.
Andrew is a member of the Private Client Committee of the Tax Faculty as well as past Chair of the Capital Taxes and Trusts Committee.
As a Fellow of the Institute of Taxation, and a Trust Estate Practitioner and Solicitor (non-practicing), with more than 35 years experience in these areas, he is ideally placed to provide incisive guidance and creative solutions across his areas of expertise.
